Job summary

Box in Poland is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to own local benefits administration and support leave processes. You will work with People Operations, Payroll, Legal, and external vendors to ensure compliant, timely benefits operations and data accuracy.

You will manage Service Desk cases, support enrollments and annual renewals, and help automate processes using AI tools. Applicants should have 2–4+ years in benefits administration and fluency in English and Polish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on benefits administration experience, preferably in a multinational tech or shared‑services environment.
• Solid understanding of Total Rewards, statutory benefits, and leave administration (Polish specifics).

Responsibilities

• Own Poland benefits administration and act as the primary contact for Poland-based Boxers and managers.
• Manage Benefits Service Desk cases and coordinate responses via Jira, email, and Slack.
• Support benefits induction sessions and lifecycle events for new hires, changes, and leavers.
• Provide backup for Leave of Absence management and maintain Workday records and reports.
• Coordinate with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, timely benefits operations.
