About the role

The B2B Research team empowers confident decision-making across product and marketing. Supporting all B2B products, it delivers customer-centered research, actionable insights, and foresight to inform product and marketing strategies.

The team acts as a bridge between product, marketing, and customers (and the market at large) to ensure decisions are grounded in evidence. The work spans the full product and customer lifecycle - helping stakeholders understand needs, opportunities, and performance through four main focus areas: strategic research, product research, customer metrics, and marketing insights.

Main Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research end to end - surveys, interviews, user studies, and market research
• Analyze data to uncover trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities
• Translate findings into actionable insights and clear recommendations for stakeholders
• Support product, marketing, and strategy decisions with evidence
• Deliver insights in engaging, reusable formats that teams across the organization actually use

Core Requirements
