Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-4+ years of B2B inside sales experience in industrial, manufacturing or technical B2B is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication; confident, consultative phone presence.
• Comfortable working within CRM systems and reviewing AI-generated outreach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries within target speed-to-lead SLAs.
• Review and personalize AI-drafted outreach before sending; approve or redirect next actions.
• Book qualified meetings directly onto AE/field seller calendars with full context briefs.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records in Salesforce—lead status, disposition, notes, next steps.
• Re-engage dormant/backlog leads as campaigns launch.
• Participate in daily huddles and weekly KPI reviews, plus product/vertical training.
• Escalate product or technical questions beyond scope to the SME or knowledge base.
• Meet or exceed KPI targets: speed-to-lead, meetings booked, qualification accuracy, conversion rate.
