Job summary

You will align activities with business goals and support Scrum Master tasks to enable agile, value-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in business process analysis and requirements engineering.
• Knowledge of automation and AI use cases.
• Experience with Scrum/Agile delivery.
• Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into clear concepts, user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
• Develop and validate AI-supported workflow prototypes with stakeholders.
• Support Scrum Master activities and agile ceremonies.
