Job summary

Commerzbank AG in Łódź, Poland, seeks an AI Solutions Engineer to drive automation and AI integration within our Process Platform & Automation cluster. You will shape agentic workflows and deploy AI-enabled solutions across banking processes.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and developers to deliver production-ready, scalable solutions that meet regulatory requirements and support excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

Experience with AI/automation projects and data-driven workflows.
Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled automation.
Knowledge of end-to-end process analysis and system integration.

Responsibilities

Understand end-to-end business problems, analyze data and identify high-value AI opportunities.
Assess use cases for business value, data availability, feasibility, operational impact and alignment with objectives.
Design and implement AI-powered agents, data-driven automation solutions and LLM-supported workflows.
Develop sustainable solutions aligning with bank objectives and regulatory requirements.
Integrate AI models into cloud infrastructures for scalability and reliability.
