Job summary

Commerzbank Digital Technology Centre Poland is seeking a Business Expert to join the Process Platform and Automation cluster. You will analyze end-to-end processes, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into AI-supported prototypes that align with strategic objectives.

You will collaborate with business units and technology teams, support Scrum ceremonies, and help select suitable automation platforms such as n8n, Camunda or cloud services, contributing to efficient

Qualifications

Strong business process understanding and requirements engineering.
Experience with automation, AI use case assessment and solution design.
Familiarity with Agile delivery and Scrum framework.
Experience communicating with stakeholders using JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Assess use cases for feasibility, value, and alignment with objectives.
Translate requirements into concepts, user stories, and specifications.
Develop AI-supported prototypes with business and tech stakeholders.
Support selection and evaluation of automation platforms and software providers.
Assist Scrum Master activities and facilitate sprint ceremonies.
