Job summary

Commerzbank is seeking a Business Expert/Data Scientist in Łódź to analyze end-to-end processes and drive automation initiatives. You will evaluate use cases for value, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and prototype AI-supported workflows with cross-functional teams.

You will participate in Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and help select automation platforms to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Your tasks

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities in line with best practices.
• Assess business use cases with regard to feasibility, economic advantage, customer value and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear concepts, user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation-ready specifications.
• Develop and validate AI-supported and agentic workflow prototypes together with business and technology stakeholders.
• Support the selection and evaluation of suitable automation platforms and software providers such as n8n, Camunda or cloud-based services.
• Support Scrum Master activities, including preparation and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, impediment tracking, sprint transparency and continuous improvement initiatives.

As a Business Expert, you will analyze end-to-end business processes, assess automation opportunities, shape AI-supported prototypes and align implementation activities with business objectives. In addition, you will support Scrum Master activities to help the team work effectively in an agile environment.
