Job summary

Commerzbank is seeking a Business Expert/Data Scientist in Łódź to analyze end-to-end processes and drive automation initiatives. You will evaluate use cases for value, translate requirements into actionable user stories, and prototype AI-supported workflows with cross-functional teams.

You will participate in Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with business and technology stakeholders, and help select automation platforms to improve efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
• Assess business use cases for feasibility, economic value, and alignment with objectives.
• Translate business requirements into concepts, user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Develop and validate AI-supported workflow prototypes with stakeholders.
• Assist in selecting and evaluating automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Camunda, cloud services).
• Support Scrum Master activities: prepare/lead ceremonies, track impediments, ensure sprint transparency, drive continuous improvement.
