Job summary

UNIT4 NV is seeking an Associate Application Support Consultant in Wrocław to be the first point of contact for customers on IT and business applications. You will provide professional, efficient support, resolve cases, and coordinate with R&D as needed to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will investigate defects, document resolutions, and proactively raise escalation risks while maintaining rigorous information security and ISO-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (verbal and written).
• Fluent Swedish (verbal and written).
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial/Accounting background is a plus.
• Common knowledge of Microsoft technologies, workplace processes and IT infrastructure.
• Exceptional customer-facing skills with a service-oriented mindset.
• Finance background or experience with financials is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is an advantage.
• Ability to manage time and prioritise workload with deadlines.
• Friendly and professional demeanor, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Progress issues to a conclusion by liaising with colleagues and R&D as appropriate.
• Investigate, document and report application defects to the Application Support team.
• Be proactive in flagging escalation risks with the Team Leader and coordinating resources.
• Handle customer escalations, taking ownership of complex issues and updating customers.
• Adhere to information security requirements and company policies, including ISO standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and present to leadership.
• Suggest opportunities for service improvement or chargeable activities through proper channels.
• Develop personal skills and product/technical knowledge and mentor less experienced teammates.
• Collaborate in a team environment to support colleagues.
