Job summary

UNIT4 NV in Wroclaw, Poland, seeks an Associate Application Support Consultant (with Swedish) for a full-time role. You will be the first point of contact for IT and Business Application questions, delivering professional and efficient support to Unit4 customers in resolving cases.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Fluent in Swedish (verbal and written).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Finance background or accounting knowledge advantageous.
Experience with Microsoft technologies and IT infrastructure.
Exceptional customer-facing skills and service orientation.

Responsibilities

Progress issues to resolution by coordinating with team and R&D.
Investigate, document, and report application defects.
Highlight escalation risks and coordinate resources as needed.
Handle customer escalations and keep customers updated on progress.
Comply with information security and ISO standards.
Identify opportunities for service improvements or chargeable activities.
Develop personal knowledge and mentor others in product knowledge and processes.
Collaborate in a team environment to support colleagues.
