Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking a seasoned IT governance professional to lead the Application Management Framework across the High Voltage Business Unit. You will define standards, drive governance documentation, and train Application Managers to ensure consistent service delivery.

You will collaborate with Portfolio, Compliance, and support teams to elevate CMDB data quality and application lifecycle processes, in a global setting.

Qualifications

• Degree in information systems, CS, business admin or related field.
• 5–8 years IT experience in a global organization.
• Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB and lifecycle processes.
• Proven governance framework and operational documentation creation.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and improve the Application Management Framework across the BU.
• Develop governance standards, templates and policy documentation.
• Train and onboard Application Managers; provide guidance.
• Improve app governance, ownership quality and CMDB data quality.
• Set criteria for transitions to external providers and oversee handover.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes.
• Collaborate with Portfolio, Compliance, and support teams to raise maturity.
