Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. invites an experienced Application Management Framework Manager to lead the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Application Management Framework across the High Voltage Business Unit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years IT experience in a global organization with Application Management, IT Governance, ITSM, or related discipline.
• Experience with ServiceNow, CMDB management, and application lifecycle management processes.
• Proven governance frameworks, standards, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Self-motivated and well organized with prioritization, multitasking, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve the Application Management Framework across the Business Unit.
• Develop and maintain governance standards, processes, templates, and governance documentation.
• Support Application Managers through training, onboarding, guidance, and knowledge-sharing.
• Drive improvements in application governance, ownership quality, and CMDB data quality.
• Define criteria for transitioning applications to Service providers and ensure SLAs meet requirements.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and improve processes and ways of working.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Application Managers, and support teams to raise maturity.
