Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 5 years in application management.

• Project management experience including planning and coordination.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret business needs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and AI solutions is a plus.
