• 3+ years of experience in production support, SRE, or DevOps.
• Experience with Apigee APIs.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Proficient in observability, logging, and alerting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of defense for production incidents, ensuring rapid triage and RCAs.
• Monitor health and performance of APIs and integrations, tracking latency and failures.
• Collaborate to implement observability, logging, and alerting best practices for API services.
• Build and maintain diagnostic tools, runbooks, and playbooks for incident response.
• Document incidents with governance teams and drive production improvements.
