Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to lead the transformation of our production support into a full SRE model. You will design and maintain observability, reliability, and resiliency for our developer tools in a hybrid work environment.

Join a team leveraging Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus and Generative AI, with OpenShift/Tekton/Harness pipelines, and play a key role in incident resolution, capacity planning, and automation through Python/JS/Go.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and pipeline management.
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, Prometheus, AppDynamics).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau).
Understanding of Agile processes.
Working knowledge of OpenShift, Tekton, and Harness pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using Grafana, Kibana, and AppDynamics.
Define SLOs/SLIs for developer pipeline applications.
Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Develop automation scripts in Python, JavaScript, or Go.
Focus on Generative AI and task automation projects.
Take ownership of complex problems and drive resolution.
Balance proactive and incident resolution.
Analyze logs and metrics for root cause analysis.
