Job summary

Software Mind in Poland is building an enterprise identity security platform and seeks a Site Reliability Engineer to join a product engineering team. You will help manage services across cloud, Kubernetes, and on-prem environments to ensure reliability and scalability.

You will monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs with Splunk, and contribute to CI/CD improvements. Strong English communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineer, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience supporting production services on Kubernetes.
• Experience monitoring distributed applications and responding to production incidents.
• Practical knowledge of log analysis and troubleshooting using Splunk or similar tools.
• Understanding cloud-native applications and modern operational practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Basic understanding of Web Components and first-level UI troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in ambiguity.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, operation, and ongoing maintenance of the Karuna service on Kubernetes.
• Monitor production environments to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Analyze logs and debug production issues using Splunk.
• Perform first-level UI troubleshooting and coordinate with front-end engineers.
• Contribute to maintaining and improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with international engineering teams to improve processes and observability.
• Take ownership of operational tasks and resolve issues independently.
