Job summary

State Street in Kraków is seeking an experienced Technology and Reporting Manager to lead AML technology change, governance and reporting. You will produce KPI/ KRI dashboards for senior stakeholders and drive improvements with KYC solutions and security controls.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, mastery of AML policy interpretation and ability to deliver working technology changes across multiple teams. Office presence is required at least three days per week.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in AML technology, governance, reporting and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering MI/KI and KPI/ KRI reporting to senior governance forums.
• Ability to elicit requirements, document AML technology needs and drive change with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for AML & Sanctions Technology.
• Deliver accurate MI to enable senior management to track regulatory progress.
• Collaborate with KYC Solutions to assess technology needs and functional requirements.
• Elicit requirements using interviews, workshops and process descriptions.
• Document AML technology requirements and track actions to completion.
• Coordinate with AML Program Training Leads to deliver team training.
