Zusammenfassung

State Street is seeking an experienced Technology and Reporting Manager to oversee AML technology assessments and KPI/KRI reporting for senior governance forums. You will lead AML technology requirements, coordinate with KYC Solutions, and drive high‑quality MI to enable regulatory tracking.

The role emphasizes collaboration across multiple locations, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex policies into practical technology solutions. Hybrid office presence is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Excel with VBA, macros and dashboards.
• Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for AML & Sanctions Technology.
• Drive the delivery of management information to enable tracking of regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with KYC Solutions to assess AML technology needs and functional requirements.
• Elicit AML technology needs through interviews, workshops and process descriptions.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and identify true user needs.
• Document AML technology requirements and track next steps.
• Submit change requests to application owners and participate in AML technology forums.
• Communicate proposed changes to stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Coordinate AML program training and provide guidance to the technology team.
• Support Global AML Center with technology-related queries.
• Develop/update AML program management procedures and controls.
