Job summary

passcon sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Financial Crime Client Delivery Services group in Kraków. You will supervise Managers and Analysts on client engagements, oversee AML/KYC/EDD activities, and coach the team to meet client objectives while driving growth opportunities.

You will manage client relationships, ensure timely KPI/KRI reporting, and lead meetings with clients. The role requires a strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaboration, and effective change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with AML/Financial Crimes experience and regulatory knowledge.
• Leadership and mentoring of large teams in AML/FC projects.
• Ability to manage scope, budget, timelines and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations on AML/FC engagements; manage risk and escalation.
• Supervise engagement teams per SOW/contracts and ensure QC standards.
• Prepare reports using AML/Financial Crime SME judgment; manage KPI/KRI reports.
• Identify training needs and ensure team has necessary knowledge and tools.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with Directors/Leads for stakeholder updates.
• Ensure timesheets and client billing are accurate and timely.
• Perform advanced KYC/KYB reviews including enhanced due diligence.
