Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Airfreight Control Tower Operator in Wrocław to monitor and coordinate international shipments from start to finish. You will act as the central point of contact among customers, carriers, origin/destination stations, and internal teams to ensure service excellence and timely resolution of issues.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in Forwarding is advantageous.
• Fluently English written and spoken.
• Proficiency with Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
• Familiarity with TMS, cargo tracking, and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Track milestones and transportation events.
• Ensure adherence to transit times and customer SOPs.
• Maintain accurate shipment status in TMS.
• Provide proactive updates on shipment progress and delays.
• Coordinate with carriers, customs, and operations to resolve issues.
