The role requires 5+ years in logistics, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
• Deep understanding of global trade, supply chain operations, and industry challenges.
• 5+ years experience with over dimensional transports by sea and/or road.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with financial acumen and project management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel to various execution locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the executional team in Poland within Project Logistics.
• Execute transport and logistics solutions globally.
• Manage all operational and documentation aspects of the project(s).
• Collaborate with sales and business development to drive growth.
• Coordinate and plan solutions for global clients via your team.
• Oversee project coordination and ground supervision through your team.
• Potential travel related to projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to bring efficiencies internally and for customers.
