Job summary

Maersk in Warsaw is seeking an LCL Operations Associate to ensure smooth end-to-end shipment processes for import and export. You will manage orders daily, coordinate with the Operations team, and maintain clear communication with customers and vendors across diverse transport plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment, preferably in logistics or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with order management systems and transportation services is a plus.
• Strong communication with customers and vendors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactive communication with customers to ensure end-to-end connectivity and transparency.
• Manage and execute orders daily for import/export shipments.
• Own order scope as assigned by the LCL & FCL Team Lead.
• Monitor new order inflow and plan transport arrangements with Operations.
• Update revenue and manage accessorial costs with customer approval before billing.
