What you’ll be doing

As a Customs Operations Specialist, you will play an important role in supporting the day‑to‑day customs operation by coordinating activities, maintaining process quality, and ensuring work is completed in line with required standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and organising customs‑related activities within the team
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with standard operating procedures and internal process guidelines
• Supporting compliance with local customs authority and statutory requirements
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality across customs processes
• Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting excellent service delivery
• Collaborating closely with team members, sharing knowledge and supporting cross‑training across accounts
• Working to deadlines in a fast‑moving operational environment
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence

What we’re looking for
