Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Airfreight Control Tower Operator in Poland to proactively monitor and coordinate international shipments from booking through delivery. You will serve as the central contact among customers, carriers, origin and destination stations, and internal teams to ensure service excellence and on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes sharp analytical skills, strong customer focus, and ability to handle multiple shipments and stakeholders in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or experience in forwarding is advantageous.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor airfreight shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Track milestones, manage events, and ensure timeliness.
• Communicate proactively with customers and carriers.
• Coordinate with origin/destination offices and partners.
• Analyze performance and support continuous improvement.
