Job summary

PayNearMe, Inc. is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to pioneer a new sales motion selling IVA and AI-powered payment capabilities into our existing Client Services book.

This is not a net-new logo role—you'll be a trusted advisor and technical translator within accounts we already serve. You will partner daily with Client Services, Product and Solution Engineering, and Marketing to build the messaging, identify expansion signals, and close IVA opportunities in a remote-first,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS, fintech, or payments.
• Comfort discussing AI, automation, and IVA architecture with both technical and business audiences.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong relationship-building within accounts that already have an existing PayNearMe relationship.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a pipeline of IVA/AI expansion opportunities within the client services book.
• Meet or exceed quota as an individual contributor.
• Identify white space within current accounts where IVA/AI solves problems.
• Lead full sales cycle from discovery to close for IVA/AI opportunities.
• Translate AI/IVA capabilities into clear business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Build compelling pitches showing impact on cost and customer experience.
