Job summary

INFUSE is seeking a Middle+ Project Manager to lead AI-enabled projects across business and technical teams. You will own end-to-end delivery, shape requirements, manage scope, timeline, and budget, and drive process improvements through data-driven analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in project management, experience with SaaS or digital products, and fluency in English. Knowledge of no-code/low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus.

Qualifications

4+ years of Project Management experience with end-to-end delivery.
Experience in product companies or startups with internal stakeholders.
Experience with AI-powered products or AI-enabled processes.
Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI projects.
Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced).
Background in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead projects end-to-end across departments within scope, time, and budget.
Own project planning: solution design, budgeting, resources, risks.
Analyze workflows and translate into actionable requirements.
Drive process improvements via research, data analysis, and gap analysis.
Coordinate lifecycle with stakeholders: progress reports, results, expectations.
Organize cross-functional teams: scope, priorities, backlog.
Lead implementation and change management for smooth adoption.
Coordinate integration of business systems and technology.
