Job summary

Ciklum is seeking an Expert Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Poland on a full-time basis. You will architect, build, and scale internal AI platforms and tooling, working with cross-functional teams across the business.

You will lead the delivery of production AI capabilities, focusing on secure, scalable infrastructure, agentic workflows, and cost-aware model routing. Excellent English communication is required as you partner with global teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with backend architectures
• Experience with AI tooling delivery and production-grade AI platforms
• Strong knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Azure) and security practices

Responsibilities

• Build, ship, and host internal AI platforms and agentic workflows
• Architect scalable cloud hosting environments for AI tools
• Apply robust AI security, credential management, and least privilege controls
• Design resilient multi-agent execution loops and orchestration pipelines
• Implement cost controls and governance standards for AI tooling
• Coach and align engineering teams on AI adoption and modern workflows
