Qualifications

• Active involvement in presales, solution shaping, and commercial negotiation.
• Prior hands-on engineering background is essential and tech credibility is required.
• Fluent English (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clear picture of delivery health across Poland's portfolio and identify risks early.
• Set governance with clear ownership, fast decisions, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead delivery teams to ensure high quality and client satisfaction across engagement models.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and CEE leadership across the lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop a community of Delivery Managers and Program Managers in Poland.
