Job summary

State Street Poland is seeking a senior Transformation professional to drive end-to-end process redesign and operating model improvements within large-scale programs, leveraging intelligent automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and digital tools to deliver measurable efficiency and service outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of process design and/or operating model transformation in a complex global organization.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or product-centric environments.
• Demonstrated delivery of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of data within operating processes; exposure to AI-enabled transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of process re-engineering and operating model improvement initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans leveraging Agentic AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities, ensuring milestones and success measures.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes.
• Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality; manage delivery risks and dependencies.
• Support embedding of automation and AI capabilities into business processes from an operational perspective.
