Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior transformation professional in Kraków to drive large-scale process re-engineering and operating model improvements. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, leverage AI and automation, and collaborate with product, technology, and business stakeholders to achieve measurable efficiency gains.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process design, adoption, and governance to deliver scalable operating model evolution across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of process design and/or operating model transformation initiatives in a complex global organization.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or product-centric environments.
• Delivery of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of operating model design and process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN).
• Ability to analyze data within operational processes and measure performance.
• Exposure to technology or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of process re-engineering and operating model improvements within large-scale transformation programs.
• Translate strategic objectives into detailed delivery plans leveraging AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes.
• Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
