Job summary

Capco Poland, Warsaw-based, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to join the AI Delivery Team and translate business requirements into robust technical designs and production-ready AI capabilities for banking use cases.

You will collaborate with Engagement Managers, AI Consultants and client teams to deliver secure, compliant AI solutions with Generative AI and agentic approaches across architecture, integration, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

Design, build and iterate AI solutions for banking use cases, translating business and functional requirements into robust technical architectures, prototypes and production-ready capabilities.
Develop and integrate AI applications, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions where appropriate, connecting models with enterprise data, APIs, applications and existing banking technology environments.
Engineer the controls required for responsible and secure AI, including access control, logging, traceability, explainability, auditability, human oversight and reproducibility of AI‑supported decisions.
Establish effective testing, evaluation and monitoring approaches for AI solutions, assessing performance, quality, reliability, security and appropriate model behaviour before and after deployment.
Use approved AI‑enabled development tools and automation to accelerate engineering, testing, documentation and troubleshooting while maintaining human review, secure development practices and clear audit trails.
