Job summary

NN in Poland seeks a Finance Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption, automation, data transformation and technology modernization within the Finance function. You will work directly with the CFO and senior leaders to shape how Finance delivers value and supports sustainable growth.

You will lead complex transformation programs, design operating models, and oversee SAP implementation and data platform migrations, collaborating with stakeholders across Finance, Risk, Technology and the business

Qualifications

Proven experience leading Finance Transformation, Business Transformation or large-scale operating model redesign.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes through transformation programs.

Responsibilities

Co-create the Future Finance strategy with the CFO and lead the Finance transformation roadmap.
Drive process optimization, automation, data management and AI adoption across Finance.
Design and implement target operating models, governance structures and ways of working.
