Job summary

Takeda Poland is seeking a Business Process Improvement Manager to optimize enterprise processes, map and design end-to-end workflows, and drive transformation using digital technologies. You will identify inefficiencies, promote lean, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

In this role, you will analyze data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, create thorough documentation, and train SMEs on BPM and automation tools to sustain improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• ABPMP certification (CBPA/CBPP) or equivalent.
• Experience with Scrum Agile methodologies and Design Thinking.
• Training in automation to reduce repetitive tasks.
• CAPM or PMP training or certification beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies and transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes.
• Create and maintain thorough documentation of workflows and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze process performance data to guide decisions.
• Train teams on BPM mapping and automation tools; support adoption.
• Lead multiple improvement initiatives with minimal guidance.
