Job summary

Capco Poland in Warsaw is seeking an Engagement Manager within our AI Delivery Team to own the successful delivery of a strategic banking innovation project. You will unite business, technology and senior stakeholders to turn ambitious ideas into structured, executable outcomes.

You will govern the project, shape use-case methodology, manage decisions and maintain a clear delivery roadmap. Working at the intersection of banking, technology and AI, you will ensure AI-enabled solutions are

Qualifications

Experience leading complex transformation, innovation or technology-enabled programmes in banking or financial services.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end delivery governance and senior-level decision-making.
Experience delivering AI-related initiatives, preferably in regulated financial services.
Ability to structure ambiguous challenges into executable delivery plans.
Excellent communication for senior stakeholders and management materials.

Responsibilities

Take accountability for project delivery with clear governance and milestones.
Lead senior stakeholder engagement and decision management with AI-enabled workflows where appropriate.
Define and embed a structured methodology for identifying and progressing AI use cases.
Shape the operating model and delivery roadmap with aligned business, technology and governance.
Develop high-quality management presentations communicating progress and risks to clients.
