Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION in Kraków, Poland, seeks a senior transformation professional to drive end-to-end process re-engineering and operating model improvements within large-scale programs. You will leverage Agentic AI, automation, and digital capabilities to deliver measurable productivity and service outcomes.

You will partner with Product Owners, Technology, and Business stakeholders to align design with business value and scalability, while managing risks and stakeholder expectations

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of process design and/or operating model transformation initiatives in a complex global organization.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in agile or product-centric environments.
• Demonstrated delivery of process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of operating model design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of data within operational processes.
• Exposure to technology or AI-enabled transformation initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Transformation & Process Re-engineering Initiatives across large-scale programs.
• Lead planning and execution of process re-engineering and operating model improvements.
• Translate objectives into detailed delivery plans leveraging AI, automation, data, and digital capabilities.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and optimization opportunities across end-to-end processes.
• Deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.
• Support Operating Model Design and Implementation including roles, processes, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Stakeholders to prioritize high-value use cases and adoption requirements.
• Develop process documentation, scorecards, and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Assess initiatives through business value and feasibility lenses.
