Lionbridge is seeking a Localization Tools Support Specialist in Warsaw to drive automation across our localization environment. You will help reduce manual effort and improve efficiency by designing scripts, maintaining tools, and supporting localization platforms.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in localization engineering, automation, systems support, or a similar technical role.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell.
• Experience designing and implementing automation solutions that reduce manual work.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and technologies to build practical automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of databases and database management concepts.
• Experience working with localization platforms, translation management systems, or CAT tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify manual and repetitive processes and transform them into efficient automated solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain scripts, tools, and workflows using AI technologies and automation best practices.
• Continuously improve and optimize existing automations to support business needs.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation for tools and automated processes.
• Promote the secure, responsible, and effective use of AI solutions across localization workflows.
• Administer localization platforms and supporting databases, including user access, maintenance, upgrades, backups, and performance monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues affecting localization systems and services.
• Maintain and enhance existing internal tools and projects.
• Provide technical support to Engineering, Production, and Localization teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
