Job summary

Aceolution is seeking a highly technical System Specialist (Developer Solutions) in Krakow to join a cross-functional task force. You will embed with Locality Experts, design and deploy AI-enabled automation, and bridge the gap between Map Operations and Google Engineering through prototype-to-production tools.

You will work on AI model experimentation, prompt engineering, and advanced dashboards, with a focus on reducing manual bottlenecks and accelerating operational insights.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in technical operations, software development, data analysis, or developer support.
• Experience with SQL and PLX dashboards is required.
• Hands-on AI experience including LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines.
• Geospatial experience with GIS tools (e.g., QGIS) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Locality Experts to map business needs and translate them into technical specs.
• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation and AI tools from prototype to production.
• Develop and optimize AI prompts and integrate AI workflows into geospatial pipelines.
• Create and maintain configuration files and automated batch processes for workflows.
• Triage and debug complex issues, coordinating with Engineering and third parties.
• Draft formal Tools Requirements Documents (ORDs) and document impact of changes.
