Job summary

Lionbridge Technologies is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. You will manage end-to-end recruitment projects across Poland and other European countries, partnering with hiring managers, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, and building strong talent pipelines across IT, Finance, Sales, HR, Admin, Operations, and more.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Experience recruiting for a variety of professional roles across different business functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience working in an international environment or supporting hiring across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Polish at C1 or native level.
• English at B2+ level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support throughout the process.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
