Job summary

Infoblox Inc. is seeking a Localization Operations Specialist in Poland to lead multilingual content delivery across global markets.

You will collaborate with Web Operations, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, Strategy, and Product Marketing to scale localization workflows, automate processes, and ensure high-quality outputs. You will manage TM, glossaries, and prompts, and apply AI to improve speed and accuracy while maintaining cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing end-to-end localization projects for a global organization.
• Hands-on experience with Smartling, AEM, TMS, CAT tools, and automated translation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead localization projects across languages and content types, optimizing workflows between CMS and translation providers.
• Manage automated and human quality checks, coordinate with linguists, and apply feedback for accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Own Translation Memory, Glossary, and Style Guides as core AI-quality assets.
• Write, test, and deploy locale-specific prompts for EU languages and expand scope as needed.
• Drive geo-expansion and collaborate with multiple teams to align localization with business goals.
