Qualifications

• 3–5 years in localization engineering, automation, or similar technical roles.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/or PowerShell.
• Experience designing automation that reduces manual work.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to build automation solutions.
• Working knowledge of databases and database management concepts.
• Experience with localization platforms or CAT tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.

In this role, you will help driveautomation initiatives across our localization environment, reducing manualeffort and improving operational efficiency. You will work closely withLocalization, Engineering, IT, and Security teams, while also supporting thetools and systems that are critical to day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do

• Identify manual and repetitive processesand transform them into efficient automated solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain scripts,tools, and workflows using AI technologies and automation best practices.
• Continuously improve and optimizeexisting automations to support business needs.
• Create and maintain clear technicaldocumentation for tools and automated processes.
• Promote the secure, responsible, andeffective use of AI solutions across localization workflows.
• Administer localization platforms andsupporting databases, including user access, maintenance, upgrades, backups,and performance monitoring.
• Investigate and resolve technical issuesaffecting localization systems and services.
• Maintain and enhance existing internaltools and projects.
• Provide technical support toEngineering, Production, and Localization teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functionalstakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencygains.

To Be Successful You Will Have

• 3–5 years of experience in localizationengineering, automation, systems support, or a similar technical role.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and/orPowerShell.
