Synerise is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join the CSI team. You will support clients in using the platform, propose new use cases, and optimize solution performance to meet KPIs. You will analyze data, conduct business reviews, and collaborate across IT, Product, and Sales to implement features.

The role emphasizes strong customer understanding, proactive problem solving, and ongoing learning in a fast-growing CDP/AI environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of best practices in Customer Success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure customer success and identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent planning, organizational and execution skills.
• Familiarity with process automation tools & marketing automation platforms.

Responsabilités

• Supporting customers in fully utilizing the platform's functionalities.
• Proposing new use cases based on customers' business goals.
• Configuring & optimizing implemented Synerise solutions performance according to client needs & defined KPIs.
• Regularly conducting business review meetings.
• Analyzing data and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of implementations.
• Collaboration during the implementation and integrations of Synerise AI Solutions at clients companies.
• Collaboration with internal departments such as IT, Product, and Sales to resolve issues and implement new features.
• Cooperation with the external clients in terms of daily communication and issue. support.
