Billennium is seeking an AI Customer Success & Delivery Manager to strengthen the growth of our AI & Data business within strategic client accounts. This internal role combines customer success, delivery ownership, staffing excellence, people leadership, and business growth.

You will build trusted client relationships, lead a portfolio of approximately 30–50 consultants, ensure high-quality delivery, and proactively identify new AI & Data opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Customer Success, Delivery Management, Account Development or Consulting.
• Experience managing enterprise clients and growing existing accounts.
• Experience leading sizeable consultant or delivery teams.
• Knowledge of Staff Augmentation / T&M and Managed Services.
• Commercial and financial ownership of a client or delivery portfolio.
• Practical understanding of AI & Data, GenAI and agentic workflows.
• Professional English.

Responsabilités

• Build trusted, multi-level relationships with strategic clients, understand their priorities, identify risks early, and translate feedback into meaningful actions.
• Proactively identify unmet needs, new stakeholders, and upcoming initiatives, turning business challenges into qualified AI & Data opportunities and supporting cross-sell and upsell.
• Lead a portfolio of approximately 30–50 consultants, providing clear expectations, feedback and development direction while supporting engagement, performance, and retention.
• Own the staffing experience across Staff Augmentation / Time & Material, including demand qualification, candidate recommendation quality, onboarding, extensions, replacements, and capacity signals.
• Own or coordinate Managed Services governance, monitoring scope, quality, risks, commitments, continuity, and overall operational health.
• Manage your portfolio with strong commercial awareness, using indicators such as revenue, CM1/margin, utilization, staffing mix, churn, and forecast accuracy to support sound business decisions.
• Use AI actively in everyday work, identify valuable client use cases, collaborate with technical experts to shape credible solutions, and connect Account Management, Recruitment, Delivery, People, and technical teams around clear ownership and next steps.
