Qualifications

1–3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Growth, or a digital-first role.
Active use of AI, automation and modern customer engagement tools to scale impact.
Data-driven mindset with comfort using usage metrics, trends and experimentation.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding, adoption and renewal journeys across a large customer portfolio.
Design scalable digital programs to guide product adoption and engagement.
Leverage automation and AI to create customer communications and self-service content.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Support to deliver consistent digital experiences.
