Publicis Groupe in Warsaw is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead the Publicis Production EMEA Hub, overseeing the entire service delivery lifecycle from planning to evaluation. You will collaborate with account management, delivery leads and on-site teams to maximise client satisfaction, revenue and margins.

This executive role requires extensive experience in multi-country delivery, AI-enabled transformation and workforce change.

Qualificações

• Extensive senior leadership experience in complex, multi-country delivery or operations environments.
• Strong understanding of production and commerce processes and AI-enabled transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own and continuously improve the EMEA Hub operating model with one strategy and one set of priorities.
• Lead the transition to AI-enabled workflows and scalable client outcomes.
• Establish and govern a single Hub scorecard covering performance, quality, financials and AI adoption.
• Oversee business plans, workforce transformation and capability development across locations.
