Job summary

RTB House is seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations professional to join the Client Services team in Poland. You will build and maintain operational tools, optimize CRM data hygiene, and prototype AI-powered workflows to streamline day-to-day activities.

Collaborating with Account Management and Revenue Operations, you will standardize deliverables, optimize handoffs for campaigns, and enable teams through onboarding and knowledge sharing, while leveraging leading AI tools.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in revenue operations or related field.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal.
• Experience configuring business tools and workflows (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Asana, Zapier, Make).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain operational tools and automations.
• Drive Pipedrive adoption and ensure CRM data hygiene.
• Prototype AI-driven workflows and reusable tools for teams.
• Standardize key deliverables and templates for client management.
• Review outputs to ensure consistency across client portfolios.
• Optimize handoffs for new client intake and campaign launches.
• Onboard and share knowledge to empower teams with best practices.
