Societe Generale Poland is seeking a COO Office Transformation Manager to drive business transformation, governance, and process excellence across the financial group. Based in Warsaw, you will lead strategic initiatives, partner with cross-functional teams, and strengthen risk culture.

This role offers broad exposure to Corporate & Investment Banking activities, requires senior stakeholder engagement, and includes hybrid work with a modern office and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, finance, engineering, information systems, or operations management.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in business management, COO Office, transformation, operations, process excellence, or project management.
• Experience in Corporate & Investment Banking environments.
• Knowledge of Transaction Banking and Fixed Income / FX activities.
• Proven transformation and process improvement track record.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Lead business transformation initiatives and governance activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across IT, risk, compliance, legal, and operations.
• Design and execute process improvement roadmaps.
• Drive change management for new operating models, processes, systems, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate transformation-related risks.
• Contribute to governance initiatives supporting operational excellence and sustainable growth.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and management reports for senior leadership.
