Job summary

SimCorp in Poland is seeking a Business Process Optimization Director, AI Operations, to establish and lead the BPO function within Operations. You will build the team, operating model, governance, and a portfolio of improvements to streamline processes before automation or AI augmentation.

Reporting to Head of AI Operations, you will guide cross-functional collaboration, set priorities, and drive measurable cost, quality, cycle-time and risk reductions while ensuring AI readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional improvement portfolios.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and transformation-focused certifications.
• Experience operating in regulated, client-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Process Optimization function within AI Operations.
• Hire, develop, and performance-lead a multi-team process optimization group.
• Set direction, priorities and success metrics for functional objectives.
• Define collaboration models across Operations, Data, CoE and technology teams.
• Establish governance, operating cadence and accountability for benefits.
