Job summary
MTU Aero Engines Polska, part of MTU Aero Engines AG, is seeking engineers for production technology and automation projects at the Tajęcina site near Rzeszów. You will participate in technology development, update roadmaps, and manage project budgets.
The role includes cross-functional collaboration, trials, and travel between RZE and MUC to ensure timely delivery. You should have a Master of Science in Engineering with industry experience in production, assembly, or similar, plus knowledge of
Qualifications
- Industry background in production, assembly or comparable.
- Experience managing projects and budgets.
- Knowledge of quality management methods and statistics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and process plans.
- Strong written and spoken communication in English and/or German.
Responsibilities
- Develop technology projects for MTU RZE and MTU MUC, or jointly.
- Focus on technology development topics and update roadmaps (TPO)
- Manage budgets related to the projects and track expenditures
- Coordinate trials and project supervision activities
- Propose topics for MTU Production Technology Road Map and present proposals
- Enhance efficiency on production lines and analyze processes for improvements
- Conduct cross-industrial market studies on innovative production technologies
- Present results to MTU Production Technology teams and TXT/MUC
- Willingness to travel between RZE and MUC to support projects
