MTU Aero Engines Polska is seeking a Product Owner to lead IT infrastructure product development in Tajęcina near Rzeszow. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality delivery.

Collaborate with IT teams, service owners, and vendors, refine requirements, and drive automation and standardization initiatives while monitoring KPIs to improve operations in a multinational, engineering-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner or IT Business Analyst in IT environments.
• Collaborates with technical teams in IT Infrastructure or IT Operations.
• Hands-on with Agile/Scrum and managing large backlogs.
• Strong prioritization, communication, and analytical skills.
• Independent in an international, structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Owns the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for IT infrastructure.
• Defines, prioritizes, and maintains a high-quality backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Makes product decisions based on business value, risk, and constraints.
• Collaborates with IT teams, Service Owners, and vendors; participates in Scrum events.
• Drives automation, digitalization, and standardization initiatives and monitors KPIs.
