Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist fluent in German and English to join the new GBS Center in Poland. The role focuses on processing invoices while contributing to process optimization and the development of innovative AP processes for European markets.

You will work within a dynamic BI environment, handling supplier documents, performing reconciliations, and supporting cross-functional teams. Prior AP experience and SAP FI-MM knowledge are advantageous.

Qualifications

• 1 year of accounting experience, preferably Accounts Payable.
• Good understanding of end-to-end P2P processes.
• Strong communication in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Process, prioritize and monitor documents (invoices, reminders, balance confirmations) in line with tax and BI guidelines.
• Identify and support realization of optimization potentials (automation).
• Provide active support services (e.g., ticket processing) and communicate with internal and external partners regarding queries and requests.
• Analyze, reconcile and maintain vendor accounts and related accounts.
